Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problems with your SnakeClamp, please email us at support@snakeclamp.com.

You may return your SnakeClamp for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date. We will gladly refund 100% of your purchase price.

Requirements:
You must return your merchandise with its original packaging and in new condition. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for items that have been damaged by the purchaser.

How To Return An Item:

1. Email us at support@snakeclamp.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include your full name, purchase date and reason for return.

2. Ship the item to us at the address below. We recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation to confirm delivery of your return: We are not responsible for lost items.
