24" long heavy-duty flexible gooseneck tube arm, very stiff, chrome-plated finish. SUPPORTS 1-3/4 lbs. fully extended in the horizontal (weakest) orientation. Each end is fitted with a sturdy adapter featuring 3/8"-24 (24 threads per inch) female threads and slot cuts for tightening with a wrench. 4mm set screw on each end adapter and 2mm Allen wrench included. Weight: 1.55 lb.

One arm human

Its great. It actually has enough strength to hold position. I can put my soldering iron on it. I can hold my tig torch with it, the sky is the limit. Unfortunately it costs me as much to mail the item as it does to purchase it (Australia). The long snake has enough length to go up and then back down to the level where you mounted it, super necessary for my type of usage. Otherwise i would have to build a frame to hang one of the shorter snakes from and that will probably be my next purchase, a short snake.

This is firm AND flexible! I love the extra Iength! This has endless uses as a power chair user.

Great Unit!

I use it in my car as a phone holder and it does great. My wife and I share it and it gets moved all the time. It's still stiff and holds the phone perfectly in position.
