You must return your merchandise with its original packaging and in new condition. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for items that have been damaged by the purchaser.
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include your full name, purchase date and reason for return.
2. Ship the item to us at the address below. We recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation to confirm delivery of your return: We are not responsible for lost items.
