Introducing our new stainless steel 3/8″-24 coupling that allows you to connect SnakeClamp attachments directly to mounting bases.

SCP-CPL 3/8″-24 Stainless Steel Coupling

This coupling is machined from type 303 stainless steel and features 3/8″-24 (fine) female threads on each end. It is 2″ long and has an outside diameter of 18mm.  All SnakeClamp attachments and mounting bases include all the hardware that you need to attach to our flexible gooseneck or rigid arms (or now, couplings).  This coupling also has included 4mm set screws and an allen wrench to lock the 3/8″ screw firmly in place.

Why would you want to mate an attachment directly to a mounting base? Here are some examples. Connect a camera with our Camera Mount Adapter or Camera Ball Head directly to a mounting base such as our Suction Cup.
