We offer real-time shipping prices via United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS). We also offer FedEx and DHL for international orders. Choose from a wide assortment of shipping options. Due to our high shipping volume we receive discounted pricing which we pass on to you.

All orders will generally be shipped within 24 hours of order placement from our warehouse in Christiansburg, Virginia (except weekends and holidays). Orders placed on Friday may be shipped on Friday or Monday. Occasionally, to help maintain low shipping prices, we may substitute UPS Ground Service for USPS Priority Mail on orders with multiple units, a total weight over 10 pounds or orders that do not fit into standard size Priority Mail boxes.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when we print your shipping label. This email will include tracking information for your package. Please note that tracking information will not update until received and scanned by your shipping provider. This may take up to 24 hours.

INCOTERMS for international shipments: Delivered at place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller is only responsible for shipping the product, and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid up front.

You may return your SnakeClamp for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date. We will gladly refund 100% of your purchase price, less shipping.


Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, free from scratches, wear marks, or any other damage. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for items that do not meet these requirements.  You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

How To Return An Item:

  1. Email support @ and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include your full name, purchase date and reason for return.
  2. Ship the item to us at the address below. We recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation to confirm delivery of your return: We are not responsible for lost items.

  1. Items returned without an RMA number will be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.
  2. Discounted orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
