This SnakeClamp machine guard bundle creates a professional quality machine guard with our megaclamp which can attach to both flat and round surfaces such as pipes, rods and railings. The 10" x 12" Machine Guard shield is made from 1/4" thick clear polycarbonate sheet by Sheffield Plastics using Bayer Makrolon GP. It has beveled edges and two 3/8" mounting holes (one each along the short and long edge). It is a polished surface, UV stabilized, transparent polycarbonate product and features outstanding impact strength, superior dimensional stability, high temperature resistance, and high clarity. The polycarbonate guard attaches either parallel or perpendicular to the flexible gooseneck arm with the included hardware.

The 18" light-duty flexible gooseneck tube is easily flexible so that you can position your machine guard right where you want it. It features a durable chrome-plated finish. For applications subject to vibration we recommend you choose a bundle with our heavy-duty gooseneck.

Our super strong and versatile Megaclamp attaches to both flat and round surfaces. With the included EPDM rubber v-block installed the Megaclamp can securely grab onto round pipes, rods or railings from 1/4" up to 2" diameter. Simply slide the v-block off for attaching to flat surfaces from 3/8" up to 2-5/8" thick. Soft rubber pads protect your mounting surface. The Megaclamp is made of 1/4" thick steel and has a black powdercoat finish. It features two attachment points both parallel and perpendicular to the threaded screw. 3" long handle makes attachment and removal easy.
