VESA Mounting Plate with hardware can be used for mounting lightweight monitors or other devices with a VESA 50, 75 or 100 mm hole mounting pattern to our flexible gooseneck arms.  Please check the table on our Flexible Gooseneck Tubing page to see if there is a product strong enough to support your monitor or device.

3/8" thick black ABS plastic with counterbored 3/8" hole. Attaches to flexible gooseneck or rigid arm with included 3/8" stainless steel screw. Spring washer arrangement keeps tension on plate allowing you to rotate it 360 degrees.  Holes will fit #8-32 screws, not included.  The holes in the mounting plate are 4.5mm diameter.  Weight: 6.2 ounces

Perfect.

Using to mount a portable monitor to the gooseneck arm. Just need the appropriate length VESA mounting screws (14mm M4 worked for me). Solid and gives confidence.
